Yes. Most of our work is phased, occupied-facility construction. We run ICRA (Infection Control Risk Assessment) protocols — negative-pressure containment, HEPA filtration, separate access, off-hours loud work — so your clinicians keep seeing patients while we build next door.
Do you handle HIPAA-sensitive build considerations?
Yes. Our build process is HIPAA-aware — we coordinate with your privacy officer on signage, sightlines into reception and exam areas, sound isolation between rooms, and temporary partition placement so PHI exposure stays at zero during construction.
Can you build an OR, imaging suite, or ambulatory surgery center?
Yes. We build ORs, imaging suites (CT, MRI, X-ray), endoscopy rooms, and full ambulatory surgery centers. That includes lead lining, RF shielding for MRI, medical gas rough-in and certification, seamless flooring, antimicrobial wall systems, and redundant electrical.
